Hello all,
I'm going to put this thread together to detail some known solutions that some Riders have been running into when attempting to play Riders of Icarus. This thread will continue to expand as more known solutions become apparent. As a note, if your computer does not meet our minimum specifications, we cannot provide support for your issues, and you will need to upgrade your computer. Please remember to always run Windows Update to ensure your OS is fully updated, and also to install the newest drivers for your Video Card (GPU) via your manufacturer's website.
Error Code:51000
This error is occurring due to not having a character within Nexon America. Although you are playing Riders of Icarus through Steam and/or the Nexon Launcher, due to you not having a character within our server data, this particular error will continue to occur until you have a character.
To resolve this, you will need to create a character in one of our other titles, such as MapleStory (or Icarus once we have Open Beta) then wait one full business day to complete a purchase. After this time, you should have no issues with your transaction.
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Packages
Below you will find four separate links to the Microsoft website containing additional information for these packages, which you will need to download and install, as this will ensure all of the proper packages are installed.

Error Code 276
Some anti-virus programs, such as AVG, Avast, or other programs, will sometimes block "BlackCipher.aes" from running on 32 bit only. This can be resolved by adding the game path for Icarus to your exception list:
"enetfailure_entry_steam_authticket" Error Message
This is generally caused by something blocking your connection from contacting our authorization servers. Please exit out of the client, and re-launch the game.
If a quick restart does not work, please try adding Riders of Icarus to any exception list for your anti-virus software or personal firewall (or try turning it off as a test), then re-launch the game.
"Nexon Steam Game Launcher has stopped working"
1. Please ensure that you meet the minimum specifications to run Riders of Icarus >> icarus.nexon.net/en/news/article/14184/riders-of-icarus-final-system-requirements
If you do not meet any part of the minimum requirements, you will need to upgrade your machine.
2. Please ensure your Windows OS and video card drivers are fully up to date, and current. This can be accomplished by running Windows Update, and searching for drivers on your video card manufacturer's website.
3. Please try disabling (or allowing Riders of Icarus as an exception) any anti-virus programs (AVG, Avast, Kaspersky, etc.), personal firewall software, or potentially even Windows Defender when attempting to launch the game. We've found that oftentimes an anti-virus program is being overzealous and blocking your connection to the authorization servers.
4. Please attempt to "Verify" your steam installation. Right click on the game in your Library >> Properties >> Local Files Tab >> Click "Verify Integrity..."
